SRI HAVISHA HOSPITALITY AND INFRASTRUCTURE LIMITED (SHHIL)

The Management was of the opinion that the hospitality Industry is one area with lot of potential particularly in the States of AP and Telangana. To seize the opportunity available in hospitality segment the Objects clause of the Memorandum of Association of the company has been altered in order to cover the wide range of activities to enable the company to consider embarking upon new projects and activities considered to be convenient, advantageous and feasible for the company's business.

To reflect the business being carried out by the Company, the name of the company has been changed from Shri Matre Power and Infrastructure Limited (formerly Shri Shakti LPG Ltd.) to Sri Havisha Hospitality and Infrastructure Limited.

After prolonged and vigorous efforts through a bidding process, the management could find a buyer for the old LPG machinery at Kakinada which is not being utilized at all for more than 20 year and the machinery is badly rusted & in a scrapped condition. The management is also in a serious dialogue with a buyer for the land at Kakinada and expect the deal to be finalized soon. The company is already debt free and thus in a better position to achieve its objectives. With the funds so mobilized, the company would be better equipped to take up the diversification proposals.

It has always been the endeavor of the management to turn around the company & start business operations once again. The management is putting in all out efforts and are leaving no stone unturned to achieve the same.
